The room space, bed, and amenities are adequate. I'm glad that the floor was not carpet. It's quiet. The cleanliness is not only in the room but the whole facility inside out. The variety of food is sufficient for breakfast since I don't eat much. I just wish for more fruit selections. Staff was helpful and accommodating when I asked for forks and plate. We'll stay there again 🙏😍.

Wish you allowed pets, like you used to. This was a random trip for my husband and I without our dog. We would return if we were in the area again, but we normally have our dog. We like this Best Western. The elevator was not working, and we were placed on the ground floor, and it worked out perfectly for us. The staff was very accommodating.

The suite was quite spacious. Coffee was available in the room. The bathroom was huge. The staff were helpful. There was breakfast. In spite of the busy street, it was fairly quiet. The couch was fairly comfortable (at least for a short person like me). Just a short drive to the mall and restaurants.

Friendly staff. Everyone was nice and treated us like we were number one. The Continental breakfast was good and easy to self serve and there was plenty to go around. The location was down from the freeway and easy to access from the street. Area safe and well lit.

I've stayed here many times. They took out their pancake machine, answered no longer offer bagels for breakfast. They user to have one of the best breakfasts in all the motels/ hotels in the city. Its still good i used to rate it a 10 now I rate it a 7.5
